He has trained thousands of athletes, including notable professionals such as Elton Brand, Brad Miller, Thabo Sefolosha, Brian Cook, Duje Dukan, Will Bynum, Nick Ziesloft, Josh Bartlestein, Ruth Riley, and Jewell Loyd, among many others.

With over 25 years of experience preparing college players for the NBA Draft, Coach Pratt is also committed to the development of coaches. He provides training and program development support for schools, clubs, and individual teams, ensuring the growth of basketball at all levels.
