Steve Pratt is the founder of Full Package Athletics and a seasoned basketball coach with a deep passion for the game. He has trained thousands of athletes, including notable professionals like Elton Brand, Brad Miller, Thabo Sefolosha, Brian Cook, Duje Dukan, Will Bynum, Nick Ziesloft, Josh Bartlestein, Ruth Riley, and Jewell Loyd. With over 25 years of experience preparing college players for the NBA Draft, Coach Pratt is dedicated to elevating the skills of athletes at all levels. Additionally, he provides training for coaches in effective coaching techniques and program development for schools, clubs, and individual teams.

Full Package Athletics boasts an impressive alumni network, having trained or developed over 25 players who have gone on to play in the Ivy League and facilitated over $50 million in scholarships over the past 25 years. The program has successfully trained more than 50 NBA players, including notable names like Elton Brand, Brad Miller, Joe Ingles, Iman Shumpert, and Max Christie.

In the WNBA, alumni include Ruth Riley, Nichole Levesque, Kelly Miller, Coco Miller, Veronica Burton, and Jewell Loyd. The program has also contributed to the development of Olympians and junior and senior national team athletes, such as Darius Songaila, Brad Miller, Elton Brand, Joe Ingles, Angus Brandt, and Cass Prosper.

Full Package has trained over 10 Olympians and helped develop six McDonald’s All-Americans, including Morgan Valley, Jon Scheyer, Amy Jaeschke, Iman Shumpert, Max Christie, and Matas Buzelis. Additionally, the program has developed more than 200 coaches and has trained over 20,000 players in 25 years.
